We're currently supporting a global leader in the Digital Construction space in their search for a Customer Success Representative attracted by the chance to join a business who has dominated the US Construction space and are looking to break ground in the UK with their new office located in central London.

Their trophy cabinet is running out of space with the amount of culture, growth and best place to work trophies so getting in early means you’ll be a part of something genuinely special.

They provide cloud based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centers, airports, housing complexes and more. You may even be walking past some of the buildings our clients have helped create and not even know it!

The role

Due to the immense success they achieved in their early stages of entering into the UK market, our client is now looking to expand their Customer Success team and bring onboard a Customer Success Representative responsible for working closely with the sales team to ensure their customers are getting the most out of the software packages they are using.

You will be involved in managing a book of clients, checking in quarterly, to spot opportunities to further expand their usage of our client’s product suite. This is not a sales role, it is a position focused on providing excellent customer service and spotting further account expansion for the Sales Representatives.

As a business, they're hugely people centric both internally and externally with customers and their  Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring that their customers are experts in the software they are using.

The requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following strengths;

  • Experience within a training, customer success or technical support environment.
  •  A commercial mindset and an ability to spot opportunity to upsell.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Construction or software related background would be desirable.
