Do you want to be a driver of a more sustainable future? Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join their international team and help to create a more sustainable world using the latest technology.

 

The company

Supporting some of the largest and most progressive utilities globally, our client is a leading provider of AI-powered solutions covering the inspection and maintenance of critical infrastructure. Their software solution revolutionises the operation of Power Utilities and transmission and distribution networks. 

 

The role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding existing and potential customers through pre-sales to the operational scaling of the solution. You’ll work closely with our customers to identify their unique drivers, needs and visions.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensure software renewals and expansion of pilots into large scale programs 

  • Collaborating with Sales to evaluate prospective and current customer needs 

  • Coordinating closely with our delivery partners, including drone operators and leading engineering companies

  • Analysing our customers’ use of our tools to make sure they are getting the most out of their investment

  • Documenting and quantifying customer success stories 

  • Exceeding customer expectations

  • Contributing to marketing content and thought leadership 

 
The requirements

You’ll have 5+ years experience in management consulting, utilities or a technology product company, as well as…

  • Strong project management capabilities in software implementation projects

  • Demonstrable experience with change management and value capture processes

  • Exposure and experience working in the utilities, power or energy sectors 

  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to drive innovation and come up with new ideas and solutions

  • Able to communicate sales processes and strategies

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Ideally fluent in Swedish 

  • Strong motivation, flexibility, and personal commitment

  • Willing to travel internationally
