Are you an ambitious and strategic Sales Executive with high energy? Do you have knowledge of HR technology and solid account management experience? Our client is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join their sales team and sell to their top corporate accounts and high-calibre clients.

The role

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will execute company account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential as well as manage complex sales cycles, present to C-level executives and offer the full suite of our client’s offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to grow accounts and inspire other companies through product demonstrations and in-market events.  

Other responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling day-to-day management of all sales activity 

  • Meeting and exceeding personal sales quota 

  • Identifying prospect’s requirements and needs 

  • Driving feedback and bringing insight from client meetings internally 

  • Providing strategic plans to develop your territory  

  • Executing complex sales and effectively managing the sales process 

  • Driving revenue through go-to-market strategies 

  • Maintaining a sales culture of innovation, determination, and respect  


The requirements 

You’ll have a strong understanding of what It takes to deploy enterprise software in a SaaS environment, as well as:

  • 3+ years of experience in selling software, HR software sales are highly desired  

  • Relationship management expertise 

  • French, German, or Nordic language would be ideal 

  • Able to influence and inspire others through your excellent presentation skills 

  • Highly strategic, interpersonal, and analytical 

  • Strong communication skills in a clear and memorable way 

  • Works effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment 

  • Experience creating new business opportunities 

  • Highly collaborative with a positive attitude
