This is a great opportunity to be a part of a large globally focused procurement and supply chain focused team. Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in Cambridgeshire.

A market leader, our client is focused on implementing innovative optical technologies into their range of high-value and high-tech capital equipment systems. They are a world-renowned German manufacturer with a reputation for delivering gold-standard technologies. 

 

The role 

As Contracts Administrator, you’ll prepare, negotiate, and review various service contracts with B2B customers, promoting the growth of the company’s service revenue and contract coverage rate. You will also respond to customer and internal requests quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of customer care and interaction.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Producing contract quotations for new and returning customers  

  • Supporting and processing contract enquiries 

  • Proactively processing and managing inbound customer email enquiries 

  • Supporting tender submissions 

  • Invoicing of contracts on SAP 

  • Processing and recording support status updates 

  • Maintaining CRM database 

  • Ensuring work is completed within set SLA’s and KPI’s 

  • Offering a professional and courteous service to all customers  

The requirements 

You will have gained experience within a Service or contract management environment. Other requirements include: 

  • At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English at grade C or above 

  • Able to take responsibility for customers’ requirements  

  • Able to work across teams to support the customer journey 

  • Outbound sales experience is preferred 

  • Previous experience utilising a CRM system 

  • High level of attention to detail 

  • An enthusiastic and hard-working approach  

  • Building and developing strong customer relationships 

  • Great customer service skills  

  • Strong level of commercial awareness  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Flexible attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
