The role 

Our client is looking to add an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join their already established and driven marketing team. In this role you will be committed to making a powerful impact on the business and the industry through digital product and channel marketing, events, and graphic design. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Creating and maintaining rigorous content schedules  

  • Incorporating research and expert interviews into materials  

  • Supporting ongoing content optimisation  

  • Working to improve the customer and prospect experience of the website 

  • Managing company social media feed 

  • Helping to maintain and promote a world-class brand 

  • Supporting product positioning and messaging 

  • Analyzing data and developing reports on content performance  

  • Utilizing results to propose and develop new content  

The requirements 

You will have 3-5 years of demonstrated B2B content marketing experience and a record of supporting content campaigns with clear, professional, persuasive materials for technical and non-technical audiences. Other requirements include: 


  • Degree level educated in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or subject related  

  • 3-5 years’ experience in content marketing  

  • Experience of working in a software or IT services organisation 

  • Experience in social media management  

  • Able to create engaging copy that varying levels of expertise can understand  

  • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism  

  • Strong work ethic paired with creative curiosity  

  • Passionate about producing high-quality marketing collateral 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills  

  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects 

  • Consistently self-motivated and driven 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Google Analytics or metrics tracking experience  

  • Ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments
