One of the UK’s most exciting, award-winning companies is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join their team in Sweden. This is an excellent time to join them as they seek to disrupt the way minimally invasive surgery is performed around the world. 

The company 

Our client is a disruptive player in the rapidly growing surgical robotics space. They produce state-of-the art robotics for the minimally invasive surgery space that are set to change the face of surgery forever. They have a close-knit and family-orientated culture in the business so they’re passionate about finding people that will fit in with their mission to make the next generation of surgical robot. Their robot will improve patient care and have a huge impact on the healthcare market, from surgeons to patients alike.  

The role 

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be our clients’ brand ambassador, ensuring every customer considers themselves as a valued partner.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Becoming an expert in the product portfolio  

  • Consulting with hospital operational management and theatre teams 

  • Providing ongoing advice and guidance to maximise utilisation of the system 

  • Undertaking case support and troubleshooting  

  • Building lasting and engaging relationships with stakeholders

  • Representing the business at conferences and exhibitions  

The requirements 

You’ll have experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education training, as well as… 

  • Degree educated in Life Science or equivalent clinical/medical experience 

  • Experience of minimal access surgery, navigation, and robotics  

  • Strong business acumen and hyper organised  

  • Demonstrable commitment to customer and peer training, ideally with advanced technology within a clinical environment   

  • Proven track record of co-operating across business functions 

  • Inherently self-disciplined 

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team  

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in Swedish and English  

  • Based in Sweden and be flexible and willing to travel nationally 3-4 days a week
