Are you an experienced nurse looking to develop into training and education? Do have experience with infusion and medication management devices? An exciting opportunity for the position of Clinical Specialist within our client’s Medication Management Solutions (MMS) division has arisen in London.

Their core focus is on making sure healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical providers and industry partners have the innovative technologies to help advance clinical therapies for patients, clinical process, and workflow. 

The role 

As Clinical Specialist Medication Management Solutions, you will take responsibility for the support, training, and education of the UK MMS customer base. You will update customers and colleagues with Clinical practise trends as well as improving outcomes and building strong, professional relationships with our key customers.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Providing in depth training on the full MMS portfolio in line with legislation 

  • Ensuring configurations and data set development meet customer needs 

  • Arranging training activities in an organised and efficient manner 

  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions 

  • Providing immediate and accurate reporting on any issues raised 

  • Promoting the product portfolio in customer presentations and product demonstrations 

  • Supporting the marketing team in developing support materials 

 

The requirements 

You’ll have excellent clinical experience and skills as well as 3+ years’ experience in infusion therapy. Other requirements include…  

  • NMC Registered Nurse / Midwife 

  • City and Guilds level 3 award in Education and Training or Clinical equivalent experience 

  • Strong technical knowledge of theatre-based products 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills 

  • Dynamic and results orientated  

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions with internal and external partners 

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently  

  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively across your dedicated territory
