Job description | Our client is currently seeking a nurse, or a clinical individual involved in critical care or airway management to join their team as a Clinical Respiratory Sales Associate across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the sale of a product portfolio with a presence among clinical healthcare providers across the globe. The role Within this role, you will manage the South West and support the Product Specialists and Sales by showcasing our client’s respiratory portfolio to a range of clinical individuals in Operating Theatres and Critical Care, across both NHS and private healthcare settings. A core focus in this role is developing trusted relationships with a network of key customer stakeholders – you’ll become an expert regarding the technical and methodological requirements of the product portfolio to ensure customer issues are addressed through our client’s solutions and support business growth. Other responsibilities include: Building strong, long-term customer relationships Maintaining and growing business in the territory Identifying business acquisition opportunities to increase revenue growth Translating complex technical information into simple messages
The requirements The ideal candidate will have a strong (3+ years) experience in clinical healthcare with ideally some knowledge of respiratory medical devices, as well as: Degree Educated in a relevant discipline Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to maintain a strong personal impression Comfortable working within a surgical environment Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proficient computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office Suite) Able to work independently and as part of a team Resilient and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment Willing to take on a commercial role Full UK driving license and able to travel across the territory
