Our client is currently looking for an engaging Clinical Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the future of a disruptive player in the rapidly growing surgical robotics space. 

The company

Our client produces state-of-the-art robotics for the minimally invasive surgery space that is set to change the face of surgery forever. They have a close-knit and family-orientated culture in the business so they’re passionate about finding people that will fit in with their mission to make the next generation of a surgical robots. Their robot will improve patient care and have a huge impact on the healthcare market, from surgeons to patients alike.  

The role

As a Clinical Executive, you’ll become an expert on our client’s surgical robotics systems to support both clinical and non-clinical individuals in optimising the use of the product portfolio. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction – you’ll be a key brand ambassador, building trusted, lasting relationships with customers and positioning our client as a valued partner in the surgical robotics landscape. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Learning technical and methodological requirements of product portfolio

  • Presenting data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

  • Identifying potential pain points for customers and delivering solutions

  • Providing regular service delivery reviews 

  • Ensuring operational excellence for the customer base

  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of industry trends and competitor capabilities


The requirements

You’ll have demonstrable experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education development/training, as well as: 

  • Degree Educated in a life science discipline or equivalent clinical/medical experience 

  • Experience in Minimal Access Surgery, Navigation and/or Robotics (desirable) 

  • Track record of cooperating across functions 

  • Highly organised and able to confidently undertake multiple projects 

  • Strong business intelligence and commercial acumen 

  • Able to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with customers 

  • Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills

  • Self-starter who is positive and driven

  • Flexible and willing to travel up to 20%
