Our client who specialises in medical device equipment is currently looking for a Clinical Education Specialist to join their team across the South West of England.

The role 

As Clinical Education Specialist, you will develop and support the execution of targeted education programmes. You’ll be delivering these programmes collaboratively with healthcare professionals, technology innovators, and internal team members.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Leading, developing, and executing both face to face and digital professional education events for all relevant clinicians within the region 

  • Building training support tolls, and achieving standardisation throughout the UK 

  • Maintaining ongoing contact with key clinicians to ensure customer satisfaction 

  • Delivering education to customers on key product updates  

  • Ensuring all equipment can be demonstrated safely and effectively 

  • Collating market intelligence, competitor activity, and product updates  

  • Sharing customer reactions and key strategies with business partners  

The requirements

You’ll have at least 3 years of experience as a qualified HCP or Healthcare training and education role, as well as… 

  • Experience and knowledge of theatre etiquette and expectations 

  • Possess an expert knowledge in the field of healthcare 

  • Able to demonstrate confidence within a teaching environment  

  • Good knowledge of basic anatomy 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong computer literacy skills (including MS Office) 

  • Able to manage a project from initiation through to implementation 

  • Strong drive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic  

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being able to work independently 

  • Strong organisational skills and able to manage workload  

  • Flexible and willing to travel nationally and occasionally work unsocial hours
