Are you a charismatic individual with experience working directly with clients? Our client is seeking a driven Client Success Manager across Europe to grow and work on some of the biggest projects in the Middle Eastern market.  

 
The company

Our client is a seed-funded start-up company who utilises innovative AI technology for mapping solutions for civil engineering projects. They are continuing to challenge big players in the market and already working with global construction companies across the industry. Their aggressive growth trajectory and rollout of new products have resulted in the appointment of a Head of Sales across Germany, France, and the Middle East. 

 
The role

As a Client Success Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our client and their stakeholders in the construction industry. You’ll be responsible for driving post-sales account management as well as building and developing key relationships with clients.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing the company’s delivery of service and tackling operational issues that may arise

  • Facilitating and running workshops and status meetings with clients

  • Creating and organising the documentation of accounts

  • Coordinating project delivery with international teams

  • Collaborating with local subcontractors

  • Supporting the business development activities for clients across the Middle East

 
The requirements

You’ll have 4+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, as well as:

  • Degree educated and AEC trained is preferred 

  • A Client Success background in the construction industry 

  • Experience in a technology environment preferably in a client success or account management role 

  • A commercially driven self-starter  

  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up environment

  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Another language is preferable   

  • Able to travel internationally and across the territory (when permitted)
