Job description

Do you have a proven history of delivering significant SaaS revenue growth? Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Growth Officer to join their team in the UK.  

The company 

Our client provides 3D visualisation and cloud computing technology to the automotive space and is partnered with some of the biggest names in the market. Specialists in 3D technology, they offer solutions to automotive OEMs that enhance car-buying processes, shaping the future of vehicle shopping with their scalable digital transformation technologies. 

Working with technologies ranging from 3D modelling, to augmented reality, to automation, they are truly one of the UK’s most exciting technology companies. 

The role 

As Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for developing an international sales team to successfully deliver commercial and strategic objectives within the automotive sector.  

The key function of this role is to drive business growth and market share.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Driving commercial strategy and increasing the growth of sales,  

  • Closing deals with new and existing OEMS  

  • Recruiting and motivating an internal sales team 

  • Implementing the commercial vision and business development of the company  

  • Driving relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Continuing innovation through client direction and partnerships 

  • Tracking and analysing sales activity and performance to ensure ROI and profitability 

  • Focusing on talent development within the commercial team worldwide 

The requirements 

You’ll have extensive software or SaaS sales experience and a track record of achieving multimillion pound deals. Other requirements include: 

  • Degree in a relevant subject  

  • Personable, motivated, and able to build strong professional relationships 

  • Entrepreneurial and demonstrable technical knowledge  

  • Able to work effectively on their own initiative in a highly competitive marketplace 

  • Commercial expertise to predict and react to trends within the automotive industry  

  • Strong understanding of the digital technology sector  

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills  

  • Optimistic, high-energy, and a team player 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)  

This role is remote across the UK.
