Job description

Our client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join their team and reassure their customers with their in-depth knowledge and technical environment understanding.  

The company

FMC Smart Industry have partnered with a key provider of PLM services who provide expertise in the field of consultancy, software adoption, business strategy, and training. They help customers realise their business objectives by enhancing operations and improving performance through refined methods. They possess a rich background in the aerospace and defence industry and have a strong foundation in other industrial sectors which they are rapidly growing within. Their talented team of professionals are based across Europe which has been carefully built with some of the industries brightest minds in PLM. 

The role 

As a Change Management Specialist, you will support the aerospace sector, consulting with and supporting our customers on their transnational Change Management activities. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Delivering Change Management Project activities 

  • Preparing and running workshops and awareness forums 

  • Ensuring high quality delivery is produced 

  • Harmonising the way global teams work together 

  • Coaching team members and project leaders  

 

The requirements

You’ll have sound Project Management know-how in both Waterfall and Agile (SAFe) frameworks, as well as…

  • An engineering background, ideally in aerospace or mechanical engineering degree 

  • Deep knowledge of aerospace engineering and manufacturing processes 

  • Proficient in project management, both in Waterfall and Agile framework 

  • Highly analytical and formulates the best solution for each challenge  

  • Experience in Design and manufacturing Engineering toolsets  

  • Knowledge of Lean PLM would be an asset  

  • Highly motivated and able to lead by example  

  • Enjoys coaching others and sharing knowledge 

  • Hands-on approach in the business and assertive  

  • Pragmatic and hyper organised  

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
