With decades of experience and expertise in the development and manufacture of polymeric solutions for international markets. Our global client is currently looking for someone to join their team as Category Sales Manager.
Our client is a global engineering and manufacturing firm with over 115 years’ experience. They are a Tier 1 supplier focused on the development and production of high value, lower volume rubber/polymer-based products for a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace, medical and defence markets globally. Backed by a major rubber manufacturer, this role will play a key part in further growth of the organisation and with this part of the business expecting to grow the most.
As Category Sales Manager you will be responsible for defining the company’s vision, goals and how to win strategies for the category. Your focus will be on product performance, functionalities, dates, and pricing. You will become an expert in the market to help develop and implement medium-long-term road maps for your assigned category.
You’ll have a minimum of 10 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of selling to OEMs. Other requirements include:
