Job description

Our client is currently looking for a Cardio Solutions Territory Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company blazing trails across the Cardiac space. 

The company 

Our client is a world-renowned distributor of specialist medical and surgical devices. Their wealth of sales and marketing expertise combined with the exceptional level of clinical focus and technical support they offer has positioned them as a partner of choice among both manufactures and healthcare professionals in global medical device organisations. 

The role 

As a Cardio Solutions Territory Manager you’ll become an expert of our client’s Cardiac Surgery and Cardiology portfolio in order to provide quality demonstrations to clinical staff in hospitals and develop trusted, credible customer relationships that lead to the expansion of the sales pipeline. You’ll own the sales strategy for your designated area, focusing on account management of existing customers whilst growing market share. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Analysing the market per product segment to identify key stakeholders 

  • Developing new and existing sales opportunities 

  • Hitting and exceeding quotas 

  • Providing accurate sales forecasts 

  • Attending orientation and workshops 

  • Representing our client at conferences 

  • Tracking the latest clinical developments and using this information to adapt business strategies 

  • Communicating regularly with the National Sales Manager 


The requirements 

You’ll have a track record of success in a medical sales role, ideally for devices used in interventional or theatre procedures, as well as: 

  • HND or Degree qualified, preferably in a business-related discipline 

  • Comfortable managing a large territory 

  • Able to clearly communicate with Cardiac surgeons in an operating theatre environment 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to present coherently 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite) 

  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team 

  • Full Valid UK driver’s license and willing to travel across the territory (when permitted) 

  • Passionate and enthusiastic
