The role

They are in the market for a Business Strategy Executive to come on board and work closely with the EMEA sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing their go to market strategy by providing the tools and necessary training the sales team to address business and customers in the right way.

This role requires knowledge and understanding of the elevator industry and the key market players in addition to an openness and drive to challenge the status quo with C-level management.

The successful candidate will establish themselves as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders both internally and externally with the ultimate goal to support the sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved.

You must be based in either Munich, Berlin or any major city in Germany and willing to travel regularly.

The requirements

You will ideally possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business related discipline in addition to:

  • 10+ years of total experience, with a combination of strategic selling, business development and account management.
  • A self-starter with a background in consistently meeting corporate objectives.
  • Experience in the elevator/building management sector is essential.
  • Someone who thrives in a small business culture despite their rapid growth. Someone who is dynamic and can play multiple roles from strategy to business acquisition.
  • A personal desire to work in an entrepreneurial small-company culture and ability to play multiple roles
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills and presentation skills to C-Level management
