The role 

As Business Industry Architect, you’ll be the trusted advisor for the Field Service Management (FSM) portfolio. Within this varied, consultative role, you will partake in presales solution architect activity and be a highly involved and visible industry specialist within the company.  

Within their entrepreneurial culture you’ll have the freedom and creativity you need to develop the best technical solutions available.  


The requirements 

You’ll be able to drive innovative solutions into the complex manufacturing, field service management or asset intensive industries, as well as: 

  • Degree qualified in Engineering  

  • Experience delivering projects in a relevant industry setting 

  • Deep knowledge within target industries including trends, challenges, and best practice 

  • Experience in value/solution selling and business case creation 

  • Able to help customers to prioritise business requirements to meet budget and timing constraints  

  • Experience working in a high-tech industry with an extensive resource network  

  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks   

  • Strategic thinker, commercially driven and focused  

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
