Are you an analytical and curious individual with a talent for building strong customer relationships? Our client is currently looking for a Business Outcomes – Delivery Lead to join a talented team of customer-focused and data-minded individuals.

The role 

As a Business Outcomes – Delivery Lead, you’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of customer data and goals and position our client’s analytic platform as a solution for their manufacturing challenges. You will be accountable for customer outcomes and utilise your outstanding information-gathering and problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery. 
Other responsibilities include: 

  • Preparing and leading customer stakeholder meetings 

  • Engaging with stakeholders to define their expected outcomes 

  • Providing regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders

  • Becoming an expert on the technical capabilities of the product portfolio 

  • Balancing priorities across long-term goals and short-term execution 

  • Collaborating with teams across the business to achieve objectives and drive results 

  • Driving adoption of the product portfolio across plant leaders, process engineers, and operators 


The requirements 

You’ll have experience working with complex data to understand and solve customer problems, as well as: 

  • Degree educated in a technical subject  

  • Experience with leading data-driven conversations 

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or on 6 sigma projects (desirable) 

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team 

  • Familiar with methodology such as Python, Java, Git, Pandas or R (desirable) 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Able to translate complex technical information into simple messages 

  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a consultative approach 

  • Detail orientated and analytical 

  • Flexible and willing to travel both internationally and across the territory
