Do you have a background in Manufacturing consulting with strong empathy and curiosity for the problem and people they deal with? Our client is looking for a Business Outcome Consultative Seller to join their hungry, humble, and smart go-to-market team that is at the forefront of growing new business across the US.

The role 

As Business Outcome Consultative Seller, you will focus on growing and acquiring new business with existing customers. You will work with Industry Leaders who are trusted advisors in their respective industries to make direct contact with executives at prospective customers.  

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Building strong relationships with global manufacturing organisations 

  • Identifying opportunities to collaborate with client partners 

  • Providing maximum value proposition to customers 

  • Problem solving manufacturing productivity, financial value, and business impact  

  • Working closely with prospective and existing customers  

  • Prioritising key business drivers and metrics 

  • Leading workshops with a diverse set of stakeholders 

  • Refining value-based selling methodology including tools, deliverables, and offerings  

  • Learning technology trends and our clients’ platform  

The requirements 

You’ll have 5-10 years’ of experience in a manufacturing consulting role, as well as…  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject  

  • Passion for technology and strong can-do attitude  

  • Experience selling solutions using value and consultative sales methodologies  

  • Strong customer facing skills and executive presence 

  • Confident building credible and trustworthy relationships with senior business executives 

  • Able to scale and translate best practices into trainable and coachable programmes 

  • Be comfortable with global companies and interacting in multicultural environments 

  • Strong emotional intelligence, motivated, and driven  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ideally located in San Francisco or the surrounding areas
