The requirements The ideal candidate will have a track record of producing and delivering a growth strategy and sales plan in complex industries, as well as… Degree level educated Sales experience from Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Transmission Understanding of the principles of matrix management Proven sales experience with SCS, Protection, PLC, SCADA, DSC, or Telemetry systems
Good understanding of business development performance drivers Excellent stakeholder management Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels Strong structured approach to targets Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Capable of working off your own initiative A naturally positive can-do attitude to solving client solution issues
