Are you an accomplished international sales professional? Do you have in-depth knowledge and experience of the Central and East European Healthcare market? A market-leading developer of single use instruments is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in either Czech or Poland and continue their strong growth and impressive pipeline of innovation.

They are rapidly growing and have strong projections for the future and are constantly making investments in new product development. Millions of patients and healthcare professionals worldwide depend on the functionality and performance of our client’s products.   

 

The role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll manage the sales and significantly build the business and product portfolio in the East Europe Region. You will liaise with our clients’ internal marketing, customer service and product training specialists and work from a home office. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing current and new product launches within the region 

  • Identifying, select and train distributors 

  • Ensuring training of end users  

  • Developing existing accounts and exploit the potential for new ones 

  • Providing data and reports as well as forecasting and updating CRM programmes 

  • Actively promoting new products 

  • Developing and implementing a new sales strategy 

 

The requirements

You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ GI experience, as well as…

  • Degree educated in a Business-related subject  

  • Experienced setting up new and existing contracts  

  • Dynamic, high energy and self-starter  

  • Strong business acumen with analytical and organisational skills 

  • Winning mindset and a hunger for success 

  • Accurate, organised, strong attention to detail 

  • Comfortable with adjusting to the environment  

  • Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines  

  • Able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels  

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

 

The geographies include but are not limited to Poland, Czech, Hungary, Romania, Malta, Slovakia.
