The company Having recently closed its Series C funding earlier this year, the company has ambitious, and aggressive, hiring plans to scale the business from 120 people to 200 in 2022. Their goal is to become the vendor for solutions aimed at accurately managing construction sites by mitigating inefficiencies and risk. Wearable technology in the construction market is still in its fledgling stages however this company is already working with some of the largest contractors and engineering firms globally due to the quality of the solution.
The role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and outbound activities with net new customers within the AEC market, specifically to the Tier 1/Majors level. Given the scale of the deals ($60k min), the individual should be capable of providing a partner approach operating consultatively, and comfortable working on large deal sizes over long periods. In addition to new business, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts from a project basis to an enterprise level ensuring our client’s solutions are being utilised at every level and department of the prospect.
