Do you have at least 10 years’ experience in a HEOR role and are looking for the next step in your career? Our client is currently looking for an Associate Director to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of surgical devices in the UK.

The role 

As Associate Director HEOR, your key focus will be on developing and delivering agreed HEOR imperatives. You will work across the global franchise to support the development of product value propositions and disseminating this evidence to internal and external stakeholders.   

Responsibilities include: 

  • Executing global Health Economic (HE) programs  

  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, high impact HE deliverables  

  • Representing HR on cross-functional teams including global project and global clinical teams 

  • Providing strategic insights and inputs  

  • Contributing to the design, implementation, and management of HE studies 

  • Training the sales teams on the use of scientifically based HE materials 

  • Reviewing and delivering content to clinical trial documentation   

  • Managing junior members of the staff team  

  • Understanding of franchise strategies and associated markets  


The requirements 

You’ll have at least 10 years’ experience in a HEOR role, ideally within the medical device sector, as well as… 

  • Masters level qualification in a relevant subject 

  • Project management experience 

  • Experience of developing market access materials 

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills 

  • Strong experience in conducting research studies  

  • Medical writing skills including study protocols, analysis plans and reports 

  • Demonstrated understanding of Health economics models  

  • Detail orientated and analytical 

  • Strong computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite) 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Able to work flexibly and adapting to changing priorities  

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently  

  • Global and Domestic travel is expected  


This role is field based, with time spent in the office on an ad hoc basis. When permitted, you will be expected to travel to customers across this territory.
