The role

As ADAS Software and Control Engineer you will work on Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems as the company steers towards the future of autonomous and electric driving. You’ll be implementing cutting-edge ADAS functions and will form part of the research and development team that creates autonomous driving technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the research and development of ADAS 
• Implementing ADAS functions
• Integrating these functions into autonomous driving technologies
• Defining behavioural models and the requirements for each function

The requirements

Our client is looking for someone who is a forward-thinking professional and has experience executing and developing highly innovative software.

Requirements:

• PhD or 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Signal Processing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven Knowledge in the ADAS field and in ISO 26262
• You will have strong, demonstratable C/C++ skills
• You will be familiar with Matlab/Simulink and/or Python
• Strong skills in Automates/State-Machines
• Familiarity with Linux environment
• Analytical and curious
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
