Our client is now seeking an energetic and tenacious salesperson to join their team in Belgium.

The role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities for both new and existing customers across Belgium, aimed at various facets within the construction sector. You will provide advice on our client’s value proposition to customers across the New Business segment and be responsible for key relationship management. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing quotes and converting them into orders 

  • Maintaining, serving, and expanding new and existing relationships  

  • Supporting the follow-up process for e-mail marketing campaigns 

  • Supporting the business to achieve annual objectives 

  • Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities 

  • Creating an overall strategic territory plan 


The requirements

You’ll have at least 3 years of work experience in a sales-related position, as well as…

  • Extensive experience selling SaaS preferably in the construction industry 

  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry would be highly preferred 

  • Creative and able to think outside of the box 

  • Excellent negotiation skills at a high level 

  • Always putting the customer first 

  • Able to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
