Are you an experienced individual with a track record of sales success? Our client is looking for a tenacious Account Executive to join their North American team and work with the latest technology in the construction landscape.

The company 

Having recently closed its Series B funding round in late 2021, the company has ambitious and aggressive hiring plans to scale the business from 120 people to 200 in 2022. Their goal is to become the vendor for solutions aimed at accurately managing construction sites by mitigating inefficiencies and risk. Wearable technology in the construction market is still in its fledgling stages however this company are already working with some of the largest contractors and engineering firms globally due to the quality of the solution.

The role 

As an Account Executive, your core focus will be pursuing leads and developing an assigned set of existing accounts to support our client’s impressive growth. By prioritising customer needs and utilising a partnership approach, you will establish trust term relationships with customers that will yield substantial revenues and enable you to build and maintain the sale pipeline. 
Other responsibilities include: 

  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports 

  • Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities 

  • Forming and maintaining relationships with a variety of customers  

  • Hitting and exceeding sales quota within prospective accounts 

  • Ensuring rapid responses to sales requests 

  • Providing up-to-date knowledge of new products to prospects 

  • Improving customer satisfaction


The requirements 

You’ll have a proven track record of success in B2B selling, as well as: 

  • Background in construction is highly desirable 

  • New business hunter with a drive to open new relationships and expand existing where appropriate 

  • Able to build high-level relationships with a diverse customer base 

  • Comfortable selling in both a virtual and face-to-face setting 

  • Organised and able to confidently undertake multiple projects 

  • Resilient and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment 

  • Excellent communication, articulation and listening skills 

  • Passionate about new science and technology and advancing the construction of space

  • Positive, driven and results-orientated
