Job description

Our client is experiencing high growth and is now looking for a highly driven SaaS sales professional to join their sales team across the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in this business that promises to make waves in the reality capture space, with a particular focus on growth in the UK market.

The company

Our client is an exciting vendor of solutions that enable drone technology to be leveraged in the AEC, mining, and waste management sectors. Their solutions enable data to be collected, processed and presented on-site.

The role

As an Account Executive, you will sell to small, medium-sized and enterprise businesses and take the customers through an engaging sales journey. You will develop, mentor, and guide a team of high-performing salespeople to ensure they provide a first-class sales experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of the sales process 

  • Developing solid relationships with customers, prospects, and channel partners

  • Solving business challenges using our client’s software

  • Identifying gaps and areas for improvement

  • Attending demonstrations and pitching to Managers and Directors

  • Hitting and exceeding sales quota 


The requirements

You’ll have 5+ years in construction technology sales or similar, selling to organisations of different sizes, as well as…

  • Degree educated in a relevant subject

  • A history of exceeding your sales quota

  • Strong leadership acumen and passion for inspiring team members to grow

  • Keen to join a fast-growing and dynamic business

  • Contech experience is desirable

  • Able to thrive in an unstructured environment

  • Experience working successfully with channel partners

  • Adaptable with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Strong technical sales and problem-solving skills

  • Flexible and willing to travel up to 40%
