Since gaining an industry-leading reputation for their oil and gas data solutions, they are now seeking to expand into the oil and gas analytics, trading and risk, and business automation spaces. The role 

As an Account Executive, you will execute annual sales goals and meet targets for new client acquisition and account growth within the Trading and Risk market. You will drive growth within the accounts and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve and exceed targets.

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities from prospecting to close

  • Providing regular forecasts with a high degree of accuracy

  • Delivering client feedback to marketing and development teams

  • Attending trade shows and conferences to grow the customer base and market presence 

  • Maintain a strong knowledge level of the company's solutions and services 


The requirements 

You’ll have 4-8 years of Trading and Risk experience, as well as: 

  • Experience with Contract Renewals 

  • Proven experience managing a customer life cycle or sales process 

  • Knowledge of outside sales and account management  

  • Experience in an enterprise sales process 

  • Demonstratable experience forecasting new business regularly 

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and competitive

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Results-orientated and works with urgency

  • Flexible and willing to travel
