The role 

Your role will involve the identification and qualification of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities with a focus on large, enterprise accounts with annual construction volumes more than $100M p/y. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to identify key players and territories that will generate an annual quota of circa $1.3M.  

  • Manage and maintain leads, opportunities and prospects across the construction and engineering markets.  

  • Develop plans and strategy to grow enterprise accounts and leverage existing accounts into new business.   

The requirements 

  • 10+ years’ experience selling software, preferably B2B SaaS  

  • Ability to provide a consultative, solution-based sale 

  • Understanding of construction technology – BIM, CDE, Project Management would be desirable but not essential 

  • Clear progression through a sales career with a record in both inside and outside sales 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up style environment  

  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferable Salesforce.
