Located in the US? You can expect basic salaries ranging up to $185,000 with an average of $120,041. These figures reflect some of the highest salaries within many technology sectors, including the Smart Industry.
Europe is also a hotspot for Digital Plant single contributors, where basic salaries range up to £112,000 with an average of £71,194. Thanks to the digital revolution, the demand for various technology and software solutions has spiked over the past 5 years.

Sales leaders – basic sales salaries
Sales leaders are a huge driving force behind making digital transformation a reality. Whilst job specifications are continuously expanding, sales leaders are fundamentally required to deliver on revenue targets, coaching, leadership and strategy.
It’s unsurprising to see basic salaries ranging up to $250,000 with an average of $171,729. Whilst global vendors typically offer higher salaries, start-ups are increasingly becoming an attractive financial proposition for leading talent within the industry.
Sales leaders in Europe can expect basic salaries ranging up to £150,000 with an average of £80,500. Lower than US salaries, this may reflect market size, price of solutions, demand and various economic factors.
