What makes ‘the best’ employer in the medical device space in 2017?

In our 2017 ‘motivators to move’ report, we took money out of the equation and looked at what really motivates sales people to choose a new employer in medical device sales. We found that 41% wanted to work at organisations that had a recognised medical devices brand in 2017, with a quality product range. Is this the case with the above list? Whilst 16% felt role structure and personal development were key.
